I’m Verónica, a Costa Rican bilingual wedding photographer based in Connecticut, fluent in English and Spanish, with over 10 years of experience capturing love stories and life’s most meaningful moments.
With a background in Fine Arts and Design, I create timeless imagery and a personalized photography experience for couples from all backgrounds. My work blends documentary, photojournalistic, lifestyle, and fine art styles—preserving authentic emotions with an artistic eye while gently guiding moments when needed.
I’m known for my attention to detail, my calm presence, and my passion for creating images that feel intentional, emotional, and true to each couple’s unique story.
Beyond photography, here are a few things you might not know about me:
♡ I’m originally from Costa Rica and have had the joy of exploring more than 15 countries, which has deeply inspired my love for storytelling and different cultures.
♡ My favorite drink is simple: water. (Yes, I’m that person!)
♡ My favorite animal is a bunny because they represent gentleness, warmth, and a little bit of magic.
♡ My photography gear is my biggest investment—my savings somehow always find their way into new lenses, equipment, and especially memory cards. A photographer’s version of jewelry!
♡ I have specialized experience in newborn photography, including a background photographing in a hospital environment, which taught me the importance of patience, safety, and capturing those tiny unforgettable details.
♡ I’m happily married, and I believe that experiencing love personally helps me understand the little moments that make every couple’s story unique.
♡ Fun fact: I don’t enjoy painting my nails, but I absolutely love a good caramel treat.
♡ And no coffee for me—water is still my favorite companion!
